PHS students must complete 10 hours of community service as a graduation requirement. This may be any unpaid work that betters our community. Students must complete the hours log below (the form can also be picked up in Dr. Henke's office) and have an adult who witnesses the service sign off on it. Here is a list of community members and organizations who are looking for help in completing community service projects. Students should contact them directly if they would like to work with them to complete their hours. Contact Dr. Henke with questions.
